Then downloaded the February update, same issue.

Then I decided to change the approach. Then forced it to check Windows update. Take a look at what it started downloading So, going back to my original problem Windows 10 box and manually downloading the May CU, guess what, it is installing!!!!! Question remains, what is so special about the May update? I thought these were "Cumulative Updates" in that all new CUs contain the fixes from previous? Furthermore, why didn't WSUS offer this update if it was a prerequisite? The update is still installing, it will be interesting to see if after this is applied I can install the February CU and get this box fully updated.
